Shipping policy
I’m so excited to ship artwork to you! It means so much to me that you want to bring my art into your home.
As an art collector myself, I know how deeply art can transform the energy of a space — and I’m truly grateful you feel that connection with my work.
Order Handling
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by us.
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and handling before shipment.
During peak seasons (including holidays), handling time may occasionally take up to 4 business days, but we always do our best to ship earlier whenever possible.
Shipping Time
Delivery times are estimated and depend on the shipping carrier.

Estimated seasonal delivery time:

During the holiday season: 5–10 business days
Shipping speed is fully managed by the carrier, and occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or high parcel volume. If your package is late, please know I share your excitement and sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier.
Shipping Providers
We ship using trusted carriers, including:

UPS or Omniva for standard orders, and

UPS or Omniva for international delivery.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided as soon as your order has shipped.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at oksana@stv.ee within 48 hours so we can help resolve it quickly.
If the carrier confirms loss, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost whenever a replacement is available.
Damaged or Defective Items
We pack all artworks with great care, but if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
To be eligible for a replacement or resolution, please send:

We will prioritise making it right, whether that is a replacement (if available) or a refund, depending on the case.
Custom or Original Artwork
Some items may require special handling or insured delivery depending on size or originality.
For unique original artwork, we may use insured delivery via:

UPS Express when required for safety.
You will always be informed if upgraded insured shipping is used for your specific order.
Taxes, VAT & Customs
Please note:

We offer free standard outward delivery, therefore there are no shipping charges to refund.

The buyer is fully responsible for any VAT, import fees, customs duties, or other delivery charges required by your local government.

We cannot predict or control customs processing times or fees.
Shipping to the United States
Original works of art are generally import duty-free when classified as fine art by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
We always declare originals as “Original artwork created by the artist.”
Any taxes, VAT, or customs-related fees are the buyer’s responsibility, including if processed by carriers such as UPS.
